Two ways to Pay!

We know not everyone wants to pay online for things. Maybe you don't feel shopping online is safe, perhaps you'd rather not have all those plastic cards in your life - No problem!

You can pay for you orders in the following ways:

Start Shopping
Simply browse through the shop for what you want, add it to your basket.

You will be taken to the Shopping Basket, which shows all the itens that you are ordering.

When you have decided you have everything you need just click on the checkout icon at the top of the page.

At the checkout

1. Fill out your personal details
2. Select the delivery service you want
3. Then select your payment method

Choose your Payment Method

Paying Online
Once you have specified your personal details and delivery service, you can select Payment Method:

Simply select: Pay online: Use Credit/Debit Card

Then click on the 'Next' button below. You will be forwarded to our secure payment page.

Here you can safely enter your card details and click 'Make Payment'

If your payment is accepted you may click on View Merchant Receipt to see a printable copy of your order.

Paying by Cheque
Once you have specified your personal details and delivery service, you can select Payment Method:

Simply select:Pay off-line: Send Cheque or Card details by Post

Then click on the 'Next' button below. You will then see a page that shows all the items you have in the basket, the VAT and delivery costs.

Just attach a cheque for the 'Total Cost' - payable to 'VeggiePets.com'

To help us process your order efficiently please write your Order number on the reverse of the cheque.

Please Note:
With payments by cheque we do not dispatch the goods until the cheque has been banked and cleared. If you have not made out the cheque for the correct sum, we will notify you how much the payment is short by and will hold on to your order until the remaining payment is banked and cleared.

International Orders
Please do not send postal money orders or cheques if you are outside of the UK. We are only able to process payments from International customers if they purchase online with a credit card. Foreign cheques are simply too expensive to cash.

Delivery Payments
DO NOT send us us payments for only the goods and not for the shipping, UNLESS you intend to collect the goods yourself.
If you do not pay for delivery - it will not be delivered!
