SO: Small Holder Range - Goose and Duck Starter Crumbs 20kg
We realise few of our customers will be attempting to 'breed' geese and ducks. But should anyone find themselves with some chicks to look after we make these feeds available to you for the high quality nutrition they contain. The Small Holder Range provide the following information:
"These starter crumbs are a high energy diet that will get waterfowl growing well straight from hatch. From a day old until about 3 or 4 weeks old, these will give the best start and provide all the essential nutrients needed for this stage of growth, in a convenient form. Ducklings can be allowed to eat at will, so fill troughs/feeders once a day and allow free access to the feed. In an emergency Baby Chick Crumbs may also be fed to ducks or geese (i.e. when Goose/Duck Starter Crumbs are unavailable), though in general you should be very careful about feeding chick crumbs to ducks as some companies’ products contain an anti-coccidiostat which can be harmful to them." 
 We do not have a record of the ingredients for these products. We do know that they are Vegetarian Society approved, use Non-GMO ingredients, cold pressed soya and linseed oils (no animal fats), no artifical colourings or additives and do not use the harsh solent Hexane on the soya protein. They do not use pork gelatine coated vitamins or other animal derived products which are common in many feeds.
