• Usage Info

  When introducing Benevo Grain-Free to your dog, do so gradually over a period of 7 days.
  
  Once opened keep covered and refridgerated for up to 3 days.
  
  Ensure fresh water is available to your pet at all times.

  Due to the fragile nature of trays, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee they will arrive with you in pristine condition.
  We NEVER send out dented trays. All trays are sent in good condition, and our packing team will ensure they are packed to the best of their ability to ensure that your goods arrive to you in good condition. However, trays may be subject to dents whilst being shipped between our premises and delivery address you provide.
  You accept this risk when you purchase your goods. Dents do not affect the quality of the food unless there is damage enough that the food has been exposed to the elements.   My dog can be a fussy eater and will sometimes need a bit of persuasion with many regular dog foods I’ve offered - I was thankful to find this site so I could purchase single items and tester packets of food before committing to larger sizes, as I was unsure what my fusspot pup would make of these vegan options. Though I’m pleased to report that he was eager to try this, and even before it is in his bowl he was greedily waiting - Then dives straight in, finishing the lot! Couldn’t be happier and will be continuing with this food long term!
