  Usage & Storage Recommendations

  To ensure the best experience with this product, we recommend that you follow these guidelines:

  - Inspect your chew upon arrival. While our packing team carefully checks products before dispatch, we recommend that you also inspect your chews upon receiving them. When doing so, please check not only the chews themselves but also the inside and underneath of the packaging or case to ensure everything is in good condition. If anything appears unusual, please reach out to us. 

  - Store in a cool, dry place. To minimise the risk of mould and maintain freshness, always store pet food and treats in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

  - Optimal long-term storage. In an effort be more environmentally friendly, we often send products in paper packaging or their original packaging. However, for longer storage, we recommend transferring them to a sealable container, preferably airtight, to help retain freshness and prevent any chance of spoilage or becoming excessively dry.
